Close to Greenbelt, shopping malls nearby. Breakfast was good. Room small but okay. Noise from developments during day. Near mall and Seven Eleven. Easy access to restaurants and stores. WiFi worked well, plenty of sockets. Rooftop open area for smoking. Less than 15 mins from NAIA early morning. Good value for price in Makati
