The location was great, just across Grand Hyatt and Uptown Mall with easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and St. Luke’s Hospital. The reception staff were very helpful and polite while the room had a nice view overlooking the mall but needed better cleaning and aircon fixing as it did not cool well.
