Clean condo with a great view, cool ACs and fans, induction cooker and rice cooker were available. Joey was very accommodating, provided the key, gave a thorough tour, and was easy to contact for any questions. The location was central in Paranaque with many restaurants, S&R, 7-11, and grocery stores within walking distance. Security guards ensured safety at the facility. WiFi had a temporary issue due to ISP repair but eventually worked fast at over 100 mbps.
