The location was perfect, surrounded by malls and restaurants with easy access to Mitsukoshi Mall and Fullybooked High Street. The host was incredibly kind, patient, and informative, responding quickly to emails and providing useful tips about local customs and transportation. The unit was clean, comfortable, suitable for a small family with an Xbox for entertainment.
