The hotel was situated in the heart of Intramuros, within walking distance to museums and the river esplanade. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, often greeting guests with a smile. Rooms were comfortable with cool air conditioning and cozy beds. The rooftop bar offered great views but was only accessible on the last night due to a typhoon. Rafael’s restaurant served excellent meals with attentive service accommodating vegetarian requests.
