Clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodation with two rooms where one was very comfortable and the other was just okay, the AC had a small problem but was fixed right away. The owner was honest, very available, and kind enough to allow early checkout with luggage storage in their office. The staff were helpful and nice. The location was near the bus stations in Cubao.
