The staff were friendly and professional, especially at the reception desk. The location was very convenient, near UN Avenue LRT 1 station and close to Rizal Park, Intramuros, and National Museums. Breakfast offered a good variety of options with accessible buffet food. The rooms featured comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with high-tech toilets. Additional amenities included a small swimming pool and Hyde Bar serving great food and drinks.
