Gemma was a fantastic and helpful host who promptly took care of everything and helped navigate Manila. The room was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, with a scenic view especially beautiful at night. The staff were super nice and security was tight making the venue safe and well organised with a decent mall on the grounds.
