Responsive owner was very helpful and accommodating with requests such as providing extra towels. The room had free WiFi, access to Netflix and YouTube, and a nice smell despite some small cockroaches on the floor and in the bathroom. The balcony had a nice view of Mall of Asia and the ocean behind it, which was appreciated during a short 7-minute walk to the mall.
