The staff were polite and accommodating throughout the stay. The location was excellent, situated in the heart of Manila’s Chinatown with easy access to food spots, gold shops, and Lucky Chinatown Mall. Rooms were clean and comfortable with fresh linens provided. The hotel offered good value for its price, complemented by a gym and restaurant on site. Local transport options were readily available just outside the hotel.
