We are upgrading our guest rooms to enhance your stay. Some floors will remain available for reservations, with efforts made to minimize disruptions. The Front Desk, Flavors Restaurant, and Lobby Lounge will be relocated to the 5th floor on April 14, 2025 while renovations are ongoing. Access to the mall on the 4th floor will be closed during this time. Oz. Bar is also undergoing improvements at the roof deck. Additionally, the function rooms are currently closed, except for Inabel located on the roof deck. This work will occasionally involve noise between 10 AM to 6 PM daily except Sundays. For bookings where guest name on the reservation is the same as the name on the credit card used to make the booking, the credit card used and a valid ID of the card holder must be presented upon check-in. In the event that the credit card cannot be presented during check-in, the property will request for a new credit card for the payment of the booking.
