Clean, airconditioned rooms had newly washed pillows and sheets with hot and cold shower plus toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap in the toilet while the living room had couch, table, TV with Netflix. The host Apples was very accommodating and owners personally welcomed us with prompt replies to queries plus written agreement explaining house rules. The location was ideal near malls, restaurants including McDonald's by the guardhouse and banks within walking distance.
