Located near SM MOA and the airport, the hotel provided a convenient location with clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was described as lovely, while lunch served in-room was well presented and tasty. Service levels were exceptional, especially from the concierge desk staff. The property featured satisfactory amenities and attentive bell service, security, housekeeping, and front desk personnel. Navigating between different buildings proved to be somewhat challenging during the stay.
