The unit was clean with a nice balcony view overlooking Manila and had complete utensils and a washing machine. The host was very responsive, accommodating, and kept communication fast and informative. Parking was not included and cost extra, which added to the expenses during the stay near Rizal Park, Manila Zoo, and Manila Bay.
