Temperature controlCris was very helpful and friendly, facilitating an efficient check-in process with early room access and assisting in retrieving a forgotten ID at Fort Victoria. The room was immaculate, decent size, with a breathtaking second-floor view of city lights and bustling streets at night. The location was great within walking distance to the high street strip BGC, close to SM Aura and Market Market, with 7/11, Gong cha, laundry services on-site and a park across the road for runners.
